• Open Microsoft PowerPoint on your computer.
• Click on “File” in the top left corner and select “Open” from the drop-down menu.
• Browse your computer or cloud storage for the PPT file you want to edit, and select it.
• Once the PPT file is open, you can make changes to any part of the presentation, including the text, images, and formatting.
• To add new slides to the presentation, click on the “New Slide” button in the “Home” tab of the ribbon.
• To delete slides, select the slide(s) you want to remove and press the “Delete” key on your keyboard.
• You can also change the order of the slides by clicking and dragging them to a new position in the slide sorter view.
• To edit text, simply click on the text box and start typing. You can change the font, size, and color of the text by selecting it and then using the options in the “Home” tab of the ribbon.
• To add images, click on the “Insert” tab of the ribbon and then select “Pictures.” Browse your computer or cloud storage for the image you want to insert and select it. You can also use the “Online Pictures” option to search for and insert images from the web.
• To add multimedia elements, such as video or audio, click on the “Insert” tab and then select “Video” or “Audio.” Browse your computer or cloud storage for the media file you want to insert and select it.
• To apply a new design or theme to your presentation, click on the “Design” tab of the ribbon and then select a pre-designed theme from the options in the “Themes” group. You can also customize the theme by selecting “Slide Size” or “Variants” from the “Themes” group.
• To add animations and transitions to your presentation, click on the “Animations” tab of the ribbon. Here you can select from a variety of animation and transition effects to apply to your slides.
• To review and finalize your presentation, click on the “Slide Show” tab of the ribbon and then select “From Beginning” or “From Current Slide” to view the presentation. You can also use the “Set Up Slide Show” option to customize the presentation settings.
• When you have finished editing the PPT, save the changes by clicking on “File” and then “Save” or “Save As.”
